Which airline flew the Airbus A380 for the first time?

The first commercial flight of the A380

The very first aircraft was delivered on 15 October 2007 to Singapore Airlines. Ten days later, the flight number SQ380 took place. The plane left Singapore for Sydney. The tickets were sold in an auction to support charity. The most expensive one was sold for more than $100,000. The millionth passenger to have flown the A380 with Singapore Airlines was recorded in February 2009.

What's on the board?

The Airbus A380 is not only the largest but the most comfortable airliner too. It features private suites with a standalone bed, not the usual one converted from a seat. The business class seats are the widest in its class. Even economy class passengers can enjoy greater comfort. The seats are roomier and a 10 inch LCD screen in front of you brings top-class in-flight entertainment system.
